I Love Colorado
Today we tried to beat the heat by going up to the mountains. Today is the 19 day of temperatures in the 90's. So being in the mountains was great. The temperature was 84 and when we got to Lakewood it was 96.

Pretty in Purple
Today Maya got her cast. She choose purple for her cast and she sat very still with out crying for Dr. Johannes. Alex even got pictures of smiles while she got her cast. Dr. Johannes just laughed when I told him the story of how Maya was sitting right next to me on the porch swing at the Roper's house and fell landing on her arm which hit the metal bar. He told Maya to keep the breaking of the bones to a minimum and to stop giving Jeremiah and me heart attacks.
I told Dr. Johannes that she falls at least 5 times a day that leaves marks. He told me that it is just her age and she'll out grow it. I hope she does because I don't like the ER visits and seeing my baby marked up all the time and hurt.

Poor Jeremiah was so worried about Maya. When we got home form the hospital at midnight, she ran to her Dad and showed off her arm with a smile. She finally got to eat dinner and then past out with her daddy.

Mother Like Daughter
When I was 2 years old, I broke my leg on the trampoline. Maya tried to follow my foot steps. Just 4 days shy of her 2nd birthday, Maya fell and landed on her arm. She broke her radius. She was a trooper. Maya held her hand still for x-rays so they didn't have to take extras. She didn't cry when they put her splint on.

Night at the Banigan's
Hannah, Chris and Dillon are in town for the week. We went over to Jeremiah's parents for a BBQ and games. It was fun hanging out and playing games.

Ward Pool Party
Saturday was the ward pool party. There was a good turn out. Emilie came with us and Jeremiah got to visit for a little while before going back to school work.
I love this picture of Elijah. He didn't want to go swimming at first but in the next picture you can see that he really got in to it.

5 Great Wounderful Years
Yes can you believe that it has been five great years since Jeremiah and I said I DO. I can't really explain how much I love Jeremiah. I would be completely lost without Jeremiah. He is my true love. I'm happier today then I have ever been. Thank you Jeremiah for all that you do for me and our family. For your hard work, sacrifices and joy you bring into our home. I love you.
So for this year we went to Idaho Springs for the day. We went a toured the Argo Mill. After the tour we got to learn how to pan for gold. After lunch we walked though the town and took some good pictures. On the way back into town, we went to Genesse Park. That is where I got the picture of Downtown.

Utah Trip
We had an unplanned trip to Utah. Jeremiah's Grandfather passed away on July 1st. We left on Sunday morning and came home Wednesday arriving home at 2:30 A.M. We had a great time meeting new family members. Jeremiah's Grandmother, Uncle Randy and our family went to Maya Adventure in Sandy. There were actors that dove in to a pool of water and the decorations were great. The food was good untill my throat started to close up from the soy oil that was used to cook the food in.

Maya was standing in a clay pot.

OK I know they look a little scary with those eyes but I just love my family

Happy Birthday America
I would like to say thank you to all of the men and women that have served and put their lives on the line for my freedom. I don't think thank you is enough to say. I enjoy my freedom every day. I could never do the things that you have done for our country. I'll teach my children to respect our freedom and help any way that they can.
We went to Firestone and spent the 4th with Stacey and Joe. Emma was in the parade this year. Her harness was to big and it was hot, but it was great seeing her play.
BreAnna(Stacey and Joe's youngest), Alex, Elijah, and Maya
The city had jumping castles and Maya loved being in them. The worker for this one said that Maya might be to little for this one. I told him" I'm not to worried about this one, it is the 4 year old that I'm worried about." Man was I right. Maya got to the top of the slide and throw she self down and Jeremiah had to get Elijah out. I hope that Elijah will get over his fears and start trying new things.

Maya was so hot. She laid down and covered her self up while waiting to see Emma in the parade.
