Pumpkin Weighing Contest

After spending the morning doing a little service down by the South Platte River, we went to the pumpkin weighing contest with Jeremiah's Mom and Dad. Here is this years biggest pumpkin 1283 pounds. There was a lot actives for the kids to do this year.

Alex turned 9

Today my little boy turned 9. He has grown into a little man and is such a joy in my life. I love it when Alex runs up to me at school , gives me a hug and wraps his arm around my tummy. Then he asked "Mom my question is...?" He always wants to know what everything is and how it works. He loves doing math and art. Playing at recess is his favorite. Alex you are a blessing in my life and I thank Heavenly Father every day for you.


Alex and his 2 friends Matt and Jacob went with us to Argo Gold Mine Mill in Idaho Springs.Alex and Jacob love rocks and minerals. After walking though the mine the kids panned for gold.

Alex was tested for allergies on Thursday and found out all of the food allergies are gone!!!! So the first thing he wanted was chocolate. Then he got to eat Beaujo's Pizza for lunch today.
Friday Maya and I brought cupcakes to Alex's class. He ate chocolate of course!

First Day of School.

Well all my babies are in SCHOOL!
Alex started on Monday. I was not cool enough to take him to school, he had to go with the neighbor. He loves his class and has friends. He is very happy about getting a recorder this year. He seems so happy this year.
Elijah and Maya started today and did great! Elijah picked out is winter gear for the first day. He did great going in to class and listening to his teacher read my favorite story The Kissing Hand. He looked so big sitting with all the other kids. He got to eat 10 different fruits for snack because he counted that high.

When I dropped Maya off she started to play right away and yelled"Bye Mom!!" She didn't care at all that I was leaving. I picked her and her ran and gave me a great big hug. So she made up for not caring about me leaving. She was asleep by the time we got home from school.

Water Silde

We spent Saturday playing on Alisa's water slide. 4 hours of sun and fun. Even Maya climbed to the top by herself. They kids had so much fun. Thanks Alisa.

26 weeks

SO I realized that I have no pregnancy pictures. This is at 26 weeks. He is doing great.

The Hat Park

On Friday we went to the Mexican Hat Park. The city of Denver remodeled the hole park. It was really nice. My Mom and Cason came too.

To fill in July

To fill in July, we have been swimming, playing at the splash park and going to the zoo. Jeremiah and I celebrated our 6th year anniversary. I start to show and feel a little better.

We had a nice time with Josh and his new wife Kim. They were married on July 11 and came to Colorado for the week. We went to the zoo together and had a BBQ.
